Using outdoor, natural lighting is a typical convention of the Post-Hardcore Rock genre. In our music video we plan to use natural lighting for the performance element and parts of the narrative element. Although the use of natural lighting is used, it is often used to create dark colours so it is not confused with a pop song.
We were influenced by bands like
My Chemical Romance, Sleeping With Sirens, All Time Low and
Pierce the Veil when it came to lighting, here are some examples.
